1. The customized product can only be returned or changed if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item. The processing period is within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Free exchange or full refund.

2. You can cancel the order before the product is customized. After the product enters the processing phase, you cannot modify the customization information or cancel the order.

Undamaged products may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of receipt. For non-quality related reasons for return, buyer is responsible for shipping costs, refunds the cost of the product itself.

3. You can apply to cancel the order before your order enters the delivery process, and the time window is generally within 24 hours after placing the order. If the order enters the packaging process, you cannot apply for cancellation of the order.
